A mostly photo journal of Miss Genevieve Elizabeth

Friday, February 24, 2006

After our last posting of the two-handed cheek pinch picture, a "friend" threatened to report us to the RSPIB – Royal Society for the Prevention of Indignities to Babies. Therefore, we've decided to come clean and show that we pushed Geneviève's cheeks back to how we found them in the first place.

The "one red eye" picture here is the classic view of burping from the rear camera angle. She's was really hungry tonight! She ate and ate and ate. Must be a growth spurt. Ted was out getting some presents today for the kids at tomorrow's Ayyam-i-Ha celebration. It's the Baha'i gift-giving time of year, a time for good cheer and charity. Starting March 2nd will be the Fast. Ted will be on his own this year as Lindsay is exempt while nursing baby!
Tomorrow's celebration will make Geneviève the centre of attention, and we're sure we'll get some good pictures of that. And hey! We had an earthquake tonight. Freaked us out! It Geneviève turn her head as if to say, "What the...???" It was a little one. 4.5 on the Richter scale.

Happy Ayyàm-I-Ha, Geneviève! You and Kieran will both be celebrating your first!! We too will be attending a party- but not until Sunday. Jason and I will be doing most of the set-up, and organizing. Happy holidays!
